During the reservation, your first name, last name, contact information, and flight number are required. Providing accurate contact information and flight number is the key to a smooth pickup.
Will my transfer be canceled if my flight is delayed?
When you share your flight number, we monitor possible delays and update your transfer time. We wait for you for 60 minutes from landing. If we cannot meet within the specified time, your reservation may be automatically canceled.
How long will the transfer vehicle wait for me?
If you have not shared your flight number and we cannot reach you via your contact information, our vehicle will wait for 30 minutes from the reservation time and then your transfer will be canceled.
How do I find my driver at the airport meeting point?
Your driver's information will be sent to you via SMS or WhatsApp. If you cannot find your driver at the meeting point, please contact us immediately.
